Fletcher Hall Gallery hosts Annual High School Literary Rally Art Exhibition

2026 Literary Rally Art Exhibition Award Recipients

UL ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÍø College of the Arts, in collaboration with the School of Visual Arts, has announced the award recipients for the 2026 Louisiana High School Literary Rally Art Exhibition, currently on view at the Fletcher Hall Art Gallery.

The exhibition, which runs from February 11 through March 14, features student artwork in a wide range of media created by high school students from across Acadiana and surrounding regions. Participating schools include Southside High School, ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÍø High School, Episcopal School of Acadiana, St. Thomas More Catholic High School, Berchmans Academy, Westgate High School, Ascension Episcopal School, Magnet Academy for Cultural Arts, Teurlings Catholic High School, North Vermilion High School, Catholic High School, Cecilia High School, ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÍø Christian Academy, and Vermilion Charter Academy.

A closing awards reception will take place on Saturday, March 14, from 9:00–11:00 a.m. in the Fletcher Hall Gallery on the campus of the ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÍø. The reception coincides with the day of the Louisiana High School Literary Rally. Awards will be presented at 10:30 a.m., and student artworks may be taken home following the ceremony. All participating students, families, and educators—especially award recipients—are encouraged to attend.

The Louisiana High School Literary Rally Art Exhibition is presented in partnership with the Louisiana High School Rally Association (LHSRA), a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to promoting academic excellence and recognizing student achievement statewide. The exhibition offers students an opportunity to showcase their artistic talents in a professional gallery setting while celebrating creativity as an essential component of academic success.

The Fletcher Hall Art Gallery is located on the second floor of Fletcher Hall and is open to the public Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
