鈥淵ou can slice and dice the program to fit your life. Don't feel like you have to be a full-time student. You can be a part-time student and still get everything out of the curriculum.鈥
鈥淲ith a criminal justice degree, you can go into probation and parole, investigation, rehabilitation. There鈥檚 so much more than just being a cop. It takes a million people to make the system work.鈥
鈥淲hat鈥檚 funny is I thought you could only use sociology if you had a master鈥檚 or PhD, but I鈥檓 happy I worked and got that real-world experience... This is the type of program where the more you engage with the material, the more impactful it will be.鈥
鈥淚 really fell in love with risk management through my internship in the Health Services Administration program. It was nice seeing the different aspects of the job. No two days are the same.鈥
鈥淛ust do it. It鈥檚 going to be challenging, and you鈥檙e going to have to juggle some things. But if I can do it, anybody can. You鈥檙e always going to be busy 鈥 but you won鈥檛 regret it once it鈥檚 done.鈥
"General studies was the best use of the classes I had taken. It gave me the freedom to take classes that relate to the career route I was on. The ability to do everything fully online was huge for me. I wouldn't have been able to finish if it weren't for that opportunity.鈥
鈥淚t was an adjustment, but my classmates gave me pointers and showed me how to work with newer software. It really helped me develop skills needed in the workplace and to keep up with the new generation of professionals.鈥
鈥淏e intentional and purpose driven. It鈥檚 not going to be easy, but it鈥檚 all about how you plan and go about your day-to-day life. Be structured and just know that if I can do it while juggling a business, so can you.鈥
"That flexibility is what enabled me to go back to school... I had a full-time job, so it was really important that I scheduled my time. You really have to be disciplined but having that room to juggle a career and family makes it worth it.鈥
鈥淥verall, I鈥檇 say that the RN to BSN has made me look at nursing differently. I used to see it as practice, but now I see it as more of a science. It鈥檚 helped me understand how we develop and inform the practices we use as nurses.鈥
